Smudging comes in many styles and forms and for those who can not burn e.g. workplace or wherever can still enjoy a cleanse of the area with just a few sprays. You can also still enjoy the beautiful scent of White sage and Palo Santo without the smoke.

What's the difference?

White sage is traditionally used to cleanse and open and close doors.

Palo Santo is used to cleanse and close all doors.

Palo Santo is a sacred tree native to South America. Indigenous Latin American cultures, traditionally Shamans and healers have used its wood in healing and spiritual ceremonies for centuries. A cousin of both frankincense and myrrh, Palo Santo literally means "holy wood,".

Both are used to clean, cleanse and reset energy in each room as well as cleanse crystals.

At the end of the day it's personal preference and for those which cant decide there is a combination of both White sage and Palo Santo in one spray.
